For security reasons, the contents of a project cannot be deleted directly, but are first moved to a "recycle bin". This increases data security and makes it possible to undo accidental deletion of articles, files and references.
Open the recycle bin
To open and view the recycle bin, click on "Show Recycle Bin" in the File/Information section of the main menu.
The contents of the recycle bin are then listed in a tab with various details such as content type or date of deletion, e.g.
Restore of deleted contents
To restore contents from the recycle bin, select the relevant entry(s) and click on "Restore", e.g.
Empty the recycle bin/ Delete content permanently
To actually delete contents of a knowledge area, they must be removed from the recycle bin. To do this, select one or more entries in the list and click on "Delete permanently" e.g.
