Edit and delete links to file folders
If an article is linked to many files, it can make sense to put a link to the corresponding file folder in the network that contains the files instead of links to all files. Depending on the case, this way is more independent, e.g. with regard to the naming of the files.
Take the article in question in editing, place the cursor at the point in the article where the link is to be inserted or mark the text passage that is to carry the link. Then click on "Folder" in the "Insert" toolbar.
Alternatively, you can use the context menu (right mouse button).
Then navigate to the relevant file folder in the Windows dialogue window and confirm your selection, e.g.
After confirming your selection, lexiCan inserts the desired link at the predefined position in the article e.g.
Edit and delete links to file folders
Editing or changing links on file folders is not possible. To delete, take the article in editing and select "Remove link" from the context menu (right mouse button).
